What jobs will you recruit for in the future?

As technology advances, so do priorities in the workplace. Technological advancements and automation play a huge part in the creation of jobs and force existing roles to evolve.

Since these factors play a pivotal role in influencing careers, it is important to think about entering a sector that can ensure employment and provide high growth potential.

According to an article from Indeed, 11 of the fastest-growing industries are:

Furniture production is one of the best-performing manufacturing sectors, careers in this sector include interior design, furniture production, and home furnishings sales.

3. Sports clothing and equipment

With more interest in health and fitness, sales of sports clothing and equipment have surged. After the spike in home gyms, equipment, and online workouts the sports retail market has rapidly grown. 5. Safety equipment and supplies

The staff within GP surgeries, social care, pharmacists, care homes, and dentists all require protective equipment and demand is set to continue as more companies invest in workplace safety. The revenue growth of this industry is forecast to grow by 78% according to IBIS World over the next year.

Opportunities within this field as a business include development manager, delivery drivers or operations coordinator.
